Dr. Hazem Rashed is the vice dean of community service at Faculty of Education, Ain Shams University, the leading teacher education institution in the Arab World. As a professor of curriculum & instruction he has published a lot of research based articles which reflected international trends in teaching and learning, this is plus his active participation in many international conferences. As an educational consultant, he has designed and implemented a lot of educational projects in cooperation with local authorities or international donors such as the European Union, USAID and ISESCO. These projects focused on the development of programs related to language, STEM, TVET or teacher education in countries like: Egypt, Denmark, Azerbaijan and United Arab Emirates.
Traditional forms of education are being challenged by leading educators and innovators across the world. As careers grow more unpredictable, children will require a different set of skills in order to succeed after education. As a result, we must interrogate how we measure and award credentials in our student population.
