Our theme for 2019 was: Building a successful change culture to meet the evolving needs of 21st-century citizens. Building a change culture was identified as the biggest challenge by education leaders in the MEA region and providing students with the skills they require for the unknown future of the labour market was a major determinant for success.
The Bett team has conducted research with over 650 educators, leaders and individuals working across education in the MEA region and have established the main challenges that informed the 2-day conference programme at Bett MEA Leadership Summit and Expo 2019.
